A Garden Fresh Salad

Last night I saw that I had a pepper ready to be picked and we also had a cucumber that I'd picked the other day that we needed to use, AND some tomato's that my Grandma gave us from her garden. We had BLT's for dinner, and I thought a salad would go along well with that "summer" theme.
So I...
Cut up my very best pepper. :(

I then cut up my cucumber.

These tomato's were next in line.

The lettuce was not fresh from the garden, but it was good anyway.
After adding cheese, it was ready!

It was yummy, especially with the BLT's, which I forgot to take a picture of. oops!

Mmm... looks so good. I love BLT"s but we haven't had any yet this year. Hmm, maybe I need to change that.

I love your header! Is that a sandcastle you made?
